Import Plus - Move an Installation

•  1/Get Site Key from old installation
•  2/ Do new Install

1/ Run the About option in ImportPlus Driver and make a note of the Site Key for your installation.

2/ Install ImportPlus as a new install on the new PC following the instructions here except in step 5, when you request the licence choose the "transfer" option and enter the site key from your previous install.  A new licence will be issued within a day or so and ImportPlus will pick it up automatically.  You can check the licencing by running the About option in ImportPlus Driver.

If you have a server install you may also need to change workstations to use the new server install. (This happens if you do not map the new server to be in the same location as the old server)

To do this you need to tell the workstation where the new system folder is.
You do this by first opening ImportPlus Driver then holding down the Crtl-Shift-Q keys all together at once, this will reset the data root.
When you next open ImportPlus Driver, it will prompt you to select the system folder on the new server.  Once selected, the workstation will configure itself and the job is done.
