Hire Contract Management

The Hire module enables you to create and manage contracts of all types, e.g. casual, long-term, from quotation, through despatch and collection to termination. The simple hire invoicing facility enables you to produce your monthly invoices in a matter of minutes. Hire fleet utilisation and profitability can be measured and maximised through on screen enquiries and reports.

Features Include:

Extensive search facilities for equipment to be placed on contract, allowing searches on any of the user-defined specification fields. Full equipment details can be viewed prior to deciding which items to place on contract

Attachments can be added with their own individual hire rates
Invoicing can be run in advance or in arrears; 5 or 7 day hire pattern; daily, weekly monthly or quarterly patterns
Hire Suspensions facility allows periods of non-use to be recorded and excluded from charging
Hire Diary view showing availability of hire equipment

Option for Protean to automatically credit unexpired portion of hire for equipment invoiced in advance and returned early
Hire invoices can be consolidated to cover all equipment by site or customer
Additional costs can be added, e.g. diesel, gas, transport etc
You can use the 'Quick On Hire' facility or the 'Hire Contract Wizard' for rapid contract creation
Cross hire system deals with all aspects of managing and costing this activity
Protean will print contracts, as well as despatch & collection notes
A memo facility is available for each contract
