Visual Hotel is available as a fully integrated, network able system or as separate modules. It is ideal for the independent hotel, offering a personal approach with different choices of rooms and facilities. Fast and efficient Reservations, Billing and Guest History show the guests you care, whilst making your hotel more profitable. Visual Hotel is compatible with any telephone switchboard system, adding calls directly onto customer bills.

A fast visual Booking Screen allows unlimited days forward booking with up to nine hundred and fifty rooms.
Unlimited number of customer records, room types and product prices.
Any special rates, promotional offers, week - end breaks etc. appear at the time of booking to enable you to secure a sale.
The Booking Screen is designed to emulate the standard booking chart used by most hotels.
The Quick Booking facility makes telephone reservations easier. If a guest’s requirements cannot be met, alternatives are offered.
Pre-printed registration cards, which only require the guest’s signature, can be produced to aid speedier check-in.
Automatically produces confirmation letters, which can be customised, if preferred by linking to major word processor applications
Safe booking checks to prevent double booking with full validity checking of all information.
The comprehensive Guest History can be easily accessed so that when the guest makes a new reservation, full details of previous visits can be recalled.
