LandMark

Property Management and Rent invoicing system with optional modules for the apportionment of Service Charge expenses and for the control of property insurance.

Property Database: stores information about properties, units and tenancies. In addition to the standard database fields there are facilities to add your own, e.g. specific notes.

Diary - reports all key property events such as rent review, break clause and lease expiry dates.
Accounting - Invoices are automatically produced for rent, service charges on account and any other regular charges that maybe required. Ad-hoc charges may also be invoiced through the system. Recovery of expenditure from tenants and strict control of landlords costs due to voids, capped service charges and service charge inclusive rents are all effectively managed with clear reports and enquiries.
Insurance Module - An optional module that submits up to date details of the portfolio to insurance brokers and enables premium data to be imported electronically for recharging to tenants.
