	Diary - reports all key property events such as rent review, break clause and lease expiry dates.
	Accounting - Invoices are automatically produced for rent, service charges on account and any other regular charges that maybe required. Ad-hoc charges may also be invoiced through the system. Sales transactions are posted seamlessly to the Sage Line 50 or Sage Line 100 financial ledgers, and audit trails are produced automatically.
	Reports - Standard reports for tenancy schedules, vacancies and diary events are available, and custom reports can be produced using a number of common reporting tools e.g Seagate Crystal Reports.
	Service Charge Module - An optional module which is ideal for any company managing multi-occupied properties. Even the most demanding scenario with multiple schedules, varying tenant percentages and service charge budgets can be controlled by the system. Recovery of expenditure from tenants and strict control of landlords costs due to voids, capped service charges and service charge inclusive rents are all effectively managed with clear reports and enquiries.
	Insurance Module - An optional module that submits up to date details of the portfolio to insurance brokers and enables premium data to be imported electronically for recharging to tenants.
