Pay as you go support may or may not offer better value for money than SageCover, this table show the equivalent number of minutes you can get, if you feel that you use more than the equivalent then you are better off with sage Cover, if you use less you are better off on "Pay as you go". In addition to the SageCover cost, you may also have to pay extra for the call to Sage Tech supports Non Geographic Number, these are excluded from many call packages and can considerably more expensive than ordinary land line phone calls costing up to £5.87 per hour (with Virgin media). We use ordinary land line numbers, we don't keep you hold you can leave voice mail and we will call you back as soon as we can. You don't have to spend your valuable time holding in a queue.
"Pay as you go" support is available for desktops, servers, and many other applications not just Sage 50.
If you have SageCover Extra you are paying for upgrades every year whether you install them or not, this might not be the most cost effective way of maintaining your system.
