Sage 50 SageCover - Pay as you go support cost
Pay as you go support may or may not offer better value for money than SageCover, this table show the equivalent number of minutes you can get, if you feel that you use more than the equivalent then you are better off with sage Cover, if you use less you are better off on "Pay as you go". (our prices correct as of Dec 2010, note that sage will charge a higher price for renewals, if you wish to get the discount in future you need to cancel SageCover and buy again)

In addition to the SageCover cost, you may also have to pay extra for the call to Sage Tech supports Non Geographic Number, these are excluded from many call packages and can considerably more expensive than ordinary land line phone calls costing up to £5.87 per hour (with Virgin media). We use ordinary land line numbers, we don't keep you hold you can leave voice mail and we will call you back as soon as we can. You don't have to spend your valuable time holding in a queue.
"Pay as you go" support is available for desktops, servers, and many other applications not just Sage 50.
If you have SageCover Extra you are paying for upgrades every year whether you install them or not, this might not be the most cost effective way of maintaining your system. We can offer huge savings by providing you with upgrades only when you want or need them, not only do you save on upgrade costs you also save on hassle implementing the upgrade and the user disruption that follows.
