- ELECTRONIC POINT OF SALE (EPOS)
Quick efficient invoice generation allows you to get on with the job of
selling, whilst the system seamlessly manages your stock and purchase orders.
EPOS supports a number of invoice printing options, all of
which can be available simultaneously, providing you have the relevant
printers;
3" Receipt Printer: Invoices can printed on a 40-column 3"
receipt printer. These small receipts can include customer names, itemised
product details, totals, invoice no's etc. Single or Double ply paper is
available for invoice duplication. You can also utilise a cash drawer, which
will then open automatically upon the completion of a sale.
Plain Paper: can utilise a plan paper page printer generating a
custom invoice, which can include your company header/details and a
watermark, if required.
The EPOS module also provides complete access to customer's back orders,
so by displaying their account in the EPOS window you can see all
outstanding products complete with invoice no, date, date ordered, number
arrived etc.
Bar coding is fully supported, allowing you to scan items onto invoices.
This provides quick and easy product identification. It can also
generate its own bar-coded parts labels from the stock control section. A
customer facing pole display can also be supplied. This allows a customer to
see the invoice running total. Between sales, various text messages can be
displayed.
- WORKSHOP MANAGEMENT
The workshop management is built around our easy-to-use workshop
scheduler. The scheduler allows a service manager to organise their time and
quickly book in new jobs. It also records mechanic holidays and will stop
work being booked during that period.
The scheduler gives the user the flexibility to change any details at the
click of a button. At the start of each day the workshop manager can print
job cards for all the workshop jobs booked for that day. The scheduler can
also generate overdue and collection lists.
Jobs can act as 'holding' invoices, where parts are booked before finally
being invoiced. Job cards can quickly be amended and printed. With this
piece of software, a service can be invoiced in seconds, and an Estimate
repair can take very little time and effort.
- VEHICLE STOCK MANAGEMENT
Records and maintains details of all your new and used vehicle stock. It allows you to quickly list your stock and choose which information
is displayed.
Vehicles can be brought, sold or reserved and quotes generated. It also provides quick access to purchase/ sales invoices and customer details-
all with a single click of the mouse.
- PURCHASE ORDERS
The system calculates your current stock requirements in real-time, tracking
which lines have fallen below stock re-order levels and which are on order -
for both customers and stock.
When you receive a delivery, all you need do is display the order and
confirm the quantities that have arrived. It will then print a 'stock
allocation' list which details the final destination for each product. At
this point the system can also print product labels which include a bar-code
and, if ordered for a customer, their name.
Customer back orders can instantly be checked, allowing you to confirm
the status of their orders, at any time. Individual parts can also be
cross-referenced to get a full breakdown of how many are on order and who
they are for.
- STOCK CONTROL
The system stores a large amount of information about each product line you
sell, including: Part Number, Bar Code, Description, Retail Price, Product
Group, Supper-session Part Numbers, re-order levels, VAT code and packing
quantities.
In addition, for each product you can specify up to seven suppliers, each
with their own trade price and supplier specific product code.
Part details can be quickly recalled using the part number, or you can
use it's sophisticated search engine to find one or more parts.
You can instantly view the monthly sales figures for the previous 12
months, including sales year-to-date and the average monthly sales.
- REPORTS
The system comes with over 100 standard reports including: Stock fast moving
lists, machine sales, stock-take and Bin contents, turnover, stock value,
day totals, overdue invoices and invoice/MOT reminders plus many more. Every
report can also be saved as an Excel Spreadsheet for further analysis. The
Professional Edition embraces leading edge
technologies, seamlessly integrating with the Internet, allowing you to
