Security Manager for Windows

"Complete Management for the Security Installer"

Security Manager is the complete maintenance management system specifically designed for Security Installers. A fully integrated system designed specifically to fulfill the requirements of NACOSS and the BSIA and assisting in the attainment of quality service standards required for BS and ISO certification.

The emphasis in the system is towards the collection of data for maintenance of quality standards with routine reminders controlling the standard activity tasks and reports providing feedback of the match with target quality standards.

Installed sites are maintained in two levels with the customer or department forming the first layer and the installed sties or equipment beneath this allowing for unlimited sites linked to a single account or department record.

Rapid activity logging encourages live use of the system features with direct feedback providing the operator with pertinent information about the site / equipment record including past history analysis, current outstanding activity alarms and account balance information.

Apart from this section, the system includes full multi location store stock control with fixed or portable bar-coding facilities, fully costed estimates and quotations for additional or new work with templates for regular model estimates and letter and document management features to manage the complete quality service.

Links to Microsoft Office and data export features ensure that the data entered may be extracted for use outside of the Security Manager system whilst links to accounting systems including SAGE Line 50 make this a perfect system for the small to medium enterprise or department within a larger organisation.

Additional options include comprehensive multi currency sales order processing and manufacture control with component level stock control.

Security Manager.
may be operated at a number of levels depending on the complexity of your business and the level of computerisation which you wish to implement.

Accounts & Installations.
In its most simple form you may use Security Manager as a database to record the details of your customers and their installations. This will provide you with a complete reference database which will hold the information normally spread over any number of pieces of paper in your filing cabinet.

Link Your Accounts.
Security Manager provides direct links to SAGE accounting systems giving you a simple means of transferring customer information straight into the program without any retyping. Links go both ways so customers entered in Security Manager may be transferred directly to your accounts.

Invoicing.
When it comes to invoicing, the automated invoicing routines linked to your accounting system provide one of the greatest time savings as renewal invoicing becomes a simple monthly report procedure generating all the invoices due reading for printing and posting to your ledgers.

Add Activity Logging.
By recording actions carried out at each installation you will develop a complete history of activity for all installations. Activities will not be forgotten, previous activities will be easily accessible for reference and all members of staff will have instant knowledge of actions for all of your customers.

Add to this the fact that Security Manager will accumulate standard statistics for instant printing at the end of each month and you have a system which will save hours of data accumulation.

Add Stock Control.
The standard Security Manager system also includes full multi location stock control including serial number traceability. You may wish to use this as a simple product lookup file or chose to implement a single store but it can be used to keep a record of the overall stock position with details of current stock levels at each store or van as well as the stock installed in each installation. Purchase order processing generates orders from minimum stock levels. This leads through delivery, inspection and, where necessary, rejection of items returned to the supplier.

And...
You now have a fully integrated installation, activity, invoicing and stock control system linked to your accounting software. It doesn't stop there:- Generate fully costed estimates and specifications for new jobs. Maintain a full document history for each installation, account or engineer.
