Film & TV
All film and TV companies are required to make an annual return to the Film
Unit at Gateshead, of payments made to freelancers during the tax year.
This application is a configured Access database providing the following
information:
- The ability to apply costs to particular jobs through the department field
in Line 50. Costs will include gross amounts and employers' contributions
where appropriate.
- The automatic calculation of National Insurance (NIC) contributions and
/or PAYE where applicable.
- The automatic creation of NIC and PAYE liabilities in Sage, separate from
the normal payroll liability.
- Separate transaction entry for self-employed personnel and others.
- Automatic generation of P35, P14 and P46r1 forms at year-end.
