Property Management and Rent invoicing system with optional modules for the

Property Database: stores information about properties, units and tenancies.

tenants and strict control of landlords costs due to voids, capped service
charges and service charge inclusive rents are all effectively managed with
clear reports and enquiries.
- Insurance Module - An optional module that submits up to date
details of the portfolio to insurance brokers and enables premium data to be
imported electronically for recharging to tenants.
