The client had a very clear requirement.  

They needed to :-

Invoice on behalf of their clients (different VAT requirement for each client).
Collect monies on behalf of their clients.
Automatically invoice their clients for their commission (different rates for different clients).
Automatically deduct their commission from the monies collected on behalf of the client.
Send the balance to the client.
Transfer the balance from the clients accounts to the agencies.
Maintain a clear audit trail and client account.
Keep clients funds separate.

We achieved this by using 2 Sage50 companies, one represented the talents accounts and one the agency accounts.  

We had to manage the change over to the new system at the year end for convenience and had to deliver on time and fully operational.
