Price List Maintaining

One of the problems with custom price lists is that while they are easy to build up they are really hard to change en-mass when your price changes. We can export and import prices into csv file format which you can easily (and logically) alter using a spread sheet program.

Price List - Fixed Price to Variable Conversion

We can convert fixed prices to discounts from Standard, Markups from costs, or Cost plus or Sales less to give the same price, so that when you alter the "Standard Prices they all change"

Don't want the prices to change after you made your changes, reverse the process, turn variable rate prices back into fixed prices.

Price List import:-

This standard application has been built to:-

Import customer price lists from a standard layout into Sage Line 50.

Product Code,Value,Type

"ENV001",10.00,"Decrease Sales Price by %"
"ENV002",0.50,"Decrease Sales Price by Value"
"ENV003",5.00,"Markup % on Cost Price"

When run, it prompts you for the price list reference to load the prices in to.

Customer Price List import:-

This standard application is like the one above only instead of prompting for a price list you include the customer account reference in the file and the price is applied to the customer.

Customer Ref,Product Code,Value,Type

"SWA001","ENV001",10.00,"Decrease Sales Price by %"
"SWA001","ENV002",0.50,"Decrease Sales Price by Value"
"SWA001","ENV003",5.00,"Markup % on Cost Price"
"ABS001","ENV003",5.00,"Fixed Price"
