Invoice Importing:-
This standard application has been built to:-
Import invoices into the invoicing module using the standard
Sage Line 50 audit trail type of transaction.
Customised version of this import are available to import a
wide range of additional information, larger amounts of texts, product codes,
and so on.
Invoice Transfer:-
This application is in two parts and invoice export and an invoice import.
This allows invoices to be transferred from one Sage Lien 50 system to another.
There is a sister application that does the same thing with Sales orders.
This is great if you have multiple sites and need to update sales to a single
head office system.
Enhancements:
We can use FTP to transfer files to from different sites. Combined with
scheduled tasks this could be made user independent and run entirely in
background.
