Portfolio of Existing applications - BTB Mailflight Integration with Sage 50

We have written a system to automatically interface with the BTB Mailflight warehousing/order fulfilment service and Sage 50

Orders are entered into in Sage sales order processing as normal and then indicated to be shipped. (We have several methods)

Orders to be shipped are uploaded from Sage 50 to BTB Mailflight for fulfilment

Acknowledgments from BTB Mailflight are updated onto each item on each Sales order

Exceptions from BTB Mailflight are updated in Sage at both item and/or order level, with orders being part shipped or held according to customer requirements.

Shipped orders from BTB Mailflight are updated in Sage to Invoices and the Orders completed.

This system was developed for a client using BTB Mailflight, but also integrating with an EDI system a webshop and a product feed.  We can customise this solution to meet your needs and the way you want Sage 50 to interface to BTB Mailflight and other systems.
